The project refers to the Moroccan saying ‘Casa tkber o tnssa’, which translates as "Casablanca, when you get older, you forget". It stands for the scurrility, the hustle and bustle of the city, which is characterised by generosity in two senses. On the one hand, the endless possibilities of despair, frustration and overstimulation. On the other hand, the almost infinite number of experimental spaces and happy coincidences that, in the context of collaborative practices and community cohesion, also stand for individual as well as collective success. This two-pronged assault on the senses may, for better or worse, make you forget some of the things that happened in Casablanca. Accordingly, 'Casa tkber o tnssa' pays homage to the vibrant and bizarre atmosphere of Casablanca. Sounds and images blur, disrupt and merge into an audio-visual collage that conveys the flood of sensory impressions one experiences in Casablanca.
