QISAS WORKSHOP (2023)
'Tangier past and present, blurred images and distorted visions'
A workshop on experimental video art at the Cinémathèque de Tanger.

The workshop offered participants the opportunity to combine, juxtapose and abstract different visual impressions of the city of Tangier with the help of analogue and self-made video mixers. During the workshop, participants used camcorders to record their personal and immediate impressions of Tangier. These tapes were then mixed together and combined with other archive material on the history of Tangier.

- 'Hadi hiya Tanja' by Lina Benhaim, Abdnour Alouat, Jalale Sabir, Abdnasser Azouagh
