560Zoom is a media art project led by Elodie and Younes. The duo explores the creative potential of analogue audiovisual hardware at the intersection of images, technologies and society. They experiment with the randomness of technical failure and its aesthetics, as well as the misappropriation of technical devices used in science. 560Zoom's audiovisual installations and research projects focus on the connection between analogue media and socio-cultural practices in Morocco, such as 'Taxi Kebir' (2021), 'Moul Tlfazat' (2021-2022), 'Golden Frequencies' (2022), 'Casa Tkber o Tnssa' (2022-2023)

Younes is a media artist who employs audiovisual hardware from the 1990s and early 2000s in conjunction with contemporary digital innovations to explore and expand the technical and creative potential of video art.

Elodie is a researcher specialising in the field of Media and Cultural Studies, with a particular interest in the visual culture and photographic archives of the Western Maghreb and contemporary Morocco.
